• Only unwashed and unworn items can be returned and only within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs necessary for returns, unless item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send us an email.

Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed regardless of shipping status. Orders may be exchanged for items of the same value or exchanged for store credit.
