When Can I Expect My Shirt to Arrive?
Please note that it takes 6-7 business days to process your order. As we use a print-on-demand system, each order is made individually upon receipt. This approach helps us reduce costs for both you and us, ensuring high quality without maintaining excessive inventory. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the method you selected.
What payment methods do you accept?
We're glad you asked! We welcome PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Returns
Only unwashed and unworn items can be returned and only within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs necessary for returns, unless item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
If the item is defective or damaged, please notify us by email and include a photo of the flaw/item needing to be replaced. bywordandspirit@gmail.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send us an email.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed regardless of shipping status. Orders may be exchanged for items of the same value or exchanged for store credit.
